
Kale in salad sometimes tastes boring. Not with this recipe. After quick stir-frying with pecans for couple of minutes it will pick up the nutty flavor from pecans and olive oil. You will end up eating more baby kales and tasty pecans.

Ingredients:
– half lb of baby kales
– half cup of pecans
– Perfect Pinch of Vegetable Spice
directions:
– warm up a sautee pan on medium heat
– add pecans and stir for 1 minute or till they lose raw taste
– set pecans on a cold plate and wipe clean sautee pan
– add 2 tbs of olive oil to the pan on high heat
– add 2 pinches of Vegetable Spice
– add baby kales and stir for 1/2 minute
– add 1/2 tsp of fine salt
– add cooked pecans and stir together for 1/2 minute
– serve immdiately
