To live a healthy and happy life you got to conscientiously look for healthy food like fresh fruits, low sugar granola mixed with all sorts of yummy seeds and whole milk plain yogurt. Mix them together with the music of America The Beautiful. No sugar needed for this perfectly sweet desert done in 10 minutes.


  • ½ cup (about 10g) of Wallaby organic plain Greek yogurt (could be any plain yogurt)
  • 1 cup of granola mix (any granola mix you like)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup of fresh blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • Last but not least: 1 big pinch of patriotic spirit!

My plan is to make this parfait as a snack after parade on this special July 4th and breakfast for the next day. So I used an 8”x10” rectangular pan.

Wash, dry and chop the strawberries and slice the bananas shown in the picture.

In the order of: 1-yogurt, 2-granola, 3-yogurt again (a bit thicker then 1st layer to hold fruits), 4-fruits, gently spoon in the food one layer after another according to the picture above.

The beautiful flag smells vanilla strawberry and tastes sweet, chewy and cool! I love it!
